Returns and Exchanges
At Infinite Muse Arts, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here are the options available to you:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please send us a photo of the damaged goods to support@printful.com within 30 days of receiving the product. We will review the issue and arrange for a reshipment of the product at no additional cost to you.
- Lost in Transit: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait a few additional days. Shipping can experience delays due to various factors beyond our control. If after this period the order still hasn’t arrived, please contact us. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
- Incorrect Address: If you entered an incorrect address, it can be changed as long as the order has not been shipped. However, if the order is already on its way, we cannot alter the delivery address. If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, you will need to confirm the changed address and new shipping charges will apply for resending the package.
- Unclaimed Orders: Orders that are returned to us due to being unclaimed or refused by you will be held, and you will be contacted for further instructions. New shipping charges will apply for resending the package.
- Item Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivered: Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility if an order is marked as delivered but you report it as undelivered. In such cases, we recommend checking with neighbours or other potential delivery spots. You may also contact the carrier for additional details. If the package cannot be located, a new order would have to be placed at your expense.
- Wrong Product/Size Ordered: If you ordered the wrong product or size, we can assist you with an exchange. Please note that exchanges in such cases would be at your expense, including any shipping costs for returning the items to us and sending out the replacement items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Before returning any products, please contact us at support@printful.com. We will provide you with the appropriate return address and further instructions.
- Send Photos: For damaged or defective items, include clear photos showing the problem.
- Return Address: Items should be returned to the address we provide you after you contact us.
Additional Information
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Return Period: Claims for defective or damaged items must be made within 30 days after receiving the product.
